If you would like to to win a terrific Easter Egg come and enter our competition. Full details and an entry form are available from any of our practices. All you have to do is, on an A4 sheet of paper, draw a picture on the theme of Easter and hand it in to your local practice together with the application form. You'll need to get Mum or Dad to sign that. the best one will receive a smashing Easter Egg. The best of all the entries from all the practices will be made into a poster for our Easter Window campaign.

Competition is open to all children under the age of 16.
Judging will take into account the entrants age.
No entries will be accepted without the permission of a parent or guardian.
Any information collected will be used solely in connection with the promotion and not passed on to a third party or used in any other way.
Entry gives us the right to use the drawing/imagery without further permissions.
It is the entrant’s parent’s responsibility to ensure that there are no food allergy/intolerance issues with the prize.
There is no cash alternative to the prize.
