Congratulations to optometrists Ben and Simon, practicing between Yeovil Chard, both have passed their IP (Independent Prescriber) examinations. Already orthoptists as well as optometrists becoming IPs means that they can expand the already fantastic service that they provide, making life easier and more convenient for patients as well as relieving so of the strain on the over pressed NHS.
