Products ordered on line are usually processed on the day of order however our e-commerce site is only manned between 0900 and 1700 Monday to Friday, orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.
Most contact lens orders will be dispatched to you direct from the manufacturers and are usually sent by 2nd class post.
Should you wish to return a product simply email info@frithsopticians.co.uk to let us know you are returning it, why you are returning it, and any course of action you wish us to take. Send the product to us in the original packaging to;
