Products ordered on line are usually processed on the day of order however our e-commerce site is only manned between 0900 and 1700 Monday to Friday, orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.
Most contact lens orders will be dispatched to you direct from the manufacturers and are usually sent by 2nd class post.
Should you wish to return a product simply email email@example.com to let us know you are returning it, why you are returning it, and any course of action you wish us to take. Send the product to us in the original packaging to;

All product must be returned in the original unopened packaging in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a re-fund.

Once we have seen this document you can order lenses freely through our online shop provided the supply falls within the end date of the specification when you will need to visit your optician for a further aftercare appointment and specification renewal.
Alternatively you can contact your optician and give them permission to give us the information. We will then telephone them and verify the information direct. They need your permission to comply with the data protection act.
